• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Your use of Margaret is entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

When you use Margaret, you provide personal information including your name, phone number, age, city, and skincare preferences. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to:

• Storage of your profile data to deliver personalized recommendations
• Your data being shared with your assigned skincare professional within the clinic you select
• Use of aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is not used to train AI models without your separate explicit consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Margaret's AI features are powered in part by third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude). Your conversation inputs may be processed by these providers subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not control how third-party AI providers handle input data beyond the agreements we hold with them. By using this Service, you acknowledge that a third-party AI system processes your queries.

Skincare recommendations and content generated by Margaret's AI are provided for your personal use only. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. We make no representation regarding the copyrightability of any output. You may not resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from this Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Input personal data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI model
• Use AI outputs as a substitute for emergency medical care
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service if you are under 16 years of age

This Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations (including compliance with the EU AI Act and applicable privacy laws).
